MIXERS occasionally hires casual team members to provide flexible, practical support across the business. Casual roles are well suited to reliable people who enjoy variety, work well with others, and can step into different tasks as business needs change.
Typical work may include: event setup and teardown, cleaning and organizing, dishwashing, stocking, guest support, basic food-service assistance, delivery support, and other operational tasks.
Casual work may be available during busy periods, special events, evenings, weekends, holidays, or for shift coverage. Training is provided for assigned duties, and applicants must be dependable, professional, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Possible job titles: Casual General Team Member, Event Support, Dishwasher, General Operations Support, and On-Call Support Staff.

Our kitchen team prepares and serves quality food while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, safe, and ready for service. Kitchen positions suit people who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently during both routine shifts and busy service periods.
Work may include food preparation, cooking, plating, portioning, receiving and rotating stock, dishwashing, cleaning, temperature checks, food labeling, and following safe food-handling procedures. Some kitchen positions may also include delivery duties when scheduled.
Possible job titles: Prep Cook, Line Cook, Prep / Line Cook (Delivery Driver), Delivery Driver / Kitchen Support, Dishwasher, and Kitchen Manager.
Food Safe certification is required or expected for many kitchen roles. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, working around heat and kitchen equipment, lifting supplies when needed, and being available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Our service team creates the welcoming, professional, and enjoyable guest experience that MIXERS is known for. These positions are a good fit for friendly, confident people who communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working directly with guests in a social, fast-paced setting.
Service team members greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks, process payments, promote specials and events, maintain clean service areas, restock supplies, and work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to keep service running smoothly.
Possible job titles: Server, Bartender, Server / Bartender, Front-of-House Support, and Bar Support.
Serving It Right certification is required for positions involving alcohol service. Previous experience is an asset, but a positive attitude, reliability, responsible liquor service, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent guest service are essential. Shifts commonly include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Administrative roles support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps MIXERS organized, connected, and growing. These opportunities are suited to people with strong communication, organization, technology, and follow-through skills who can manage details while supporting a busy hospitality operation.
Depending on the role, work may include coordinating events and promotions, creating social-media content, preparing marketing materials, assisting with community partnerships, maintaining calendars and records, supporting internal communication, helping with reporting, and providing general business administration.
Possible job titles: Marketing Assistant, Event and Promotions Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Social Media Assistant, and Office / Business Support.
Some administrative roles may include a mix of office, remote, and on-site work; however, event support and certain business activities require attendance at MIXERS. Candidates should be comfortable with changing priorities, deadlines, occasional evening or weekend work, and hands-on support during events.

Management roles lead people, operations, standards, and guest experience across MIXERS. These positions are for experienced, accountable individuals who can make sound decisions, communicate clearly, solve problems professionally, and support a positive workplace culture.
Managers and supervisors help coordinate daily operations, guide and train staff, maintain service and food-quality standards, respond to guest and operational issues, oversee opening and closing procedures, support scheduling and staffing, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, food-handling, and liquor-service requirements.
Possible job titles: Shift Supervisor, Front-of-House Supervisor, Kitchen Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager.
Management positions are hands-on and may require working directly in service, kitchen, event, and operational areas. Candidates should be prepared for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy event periods, while maintaining professionalism, fairness, safety awareness, and strong team leadership.
